Cooking without the "whine"

Update: Apparently my blog is now being blocked by some Net Nanny programs because of this post. So I changed the wording a bit to see if that helps. ;)
---------

I love to cook and bake! However, it seems more and more recipes have "whine." As I am too shy to even consider buying these items (I know, the whine cooks out) - I found a great resource for alternatives I thought I'd share!

Wholefoods.com has a great alternative list here: here

Also, a basic list from dining.byu.edu: here

Happy cooking!

My net nanny wouldn't let me on your blog because it said it contained alcohol photos on it. I was wondering what it was talking about. It must have been this! Now you can tell people your blog is rated PG-13 according to net nanny!!!! Pretty funny!

also, if you don't want to fork out the big bucks you can just buy "red or white cooking whine" in the same section as like oils and vinegars and dressings. that is what we use! love 'em!
